I'm a Western Massachusetts native with a degree in Computer Information Systems and over 20 years of tech and operations experience. My career started in IT at a local nonprofit and something clicked right away — I loved making technology work better for the people using it. Over time that grew into the operations side too: workflows, systems, the day-to-day stuff that keeps a business running. I founded Pallas Cloud for small businesses that need someone who speaks both tech and human, who won't overwhelm you with jargon, and who sticks around long enough to make sure things actually work. Whether you're starting from scratch or untangling years of workarounds, I'll meet you where you are. When I'm not in the weeds of someone's tech stack, you'll find me out on the river or hanging out with my family.
